Polka Dot Mani Tutorial

hey so i have a polka dot mani for you now i have a little story, at first i was gonna do a light blue music mani but then i decided that i didn't wanna use blue so then i wanted to do a panda mani but then the panda looked weird then i did this the tutorial is below :)
